A small IT services company needed to take on a vital professional to help them through a busy period. Although long term work was not guaranteed, for the preferred candidate we found the client a contractor who was willing to work on a week-to-week basis. We then agreed extended payment terms allowing the company to receive money from their client before paying us for recruitment services.
